Model of the Year : Boston Event Photographer

I had the pleasure of photographing Boston Camera Club’s Model of the Year competition in early September. What a great group of young women there was. It brought back some wonderful memories I have from my [one] experience in the pageant world. I participated in National American Miss when I was 13-years-old and had a blast. I could tell even after the end of the Boston Camera Club’s composition whether the girls won or not they had a blast.  You can meet such great friends and gain extraordinary confidence being in a pageant.

The Boston Camera Club 2013 annual Model of the Year Competition contestants need not to be professional or experienced to enter the competition. Most of the past winners / contestants were not professional in the modeling field. It is a fun evening networking with the local photographers, make up artists & models.

The winner receives: cash prize , trophy, sash, tiara, free photo shoots, her own photo appearing in the 2013 New England Beauties Calendar.
