Pier’s Park Family Portraits : Boston Family Photographer

Let me stop for a second to tell you that I am seriously the luckiest photographer in the world. My clients are always so wonderful to work with. That’s true of my session with the Luttrell family, too! I met Denise through Boston Moms Blog which is a wonderful website and network connecting local families. Denise told me it was important to photograph in a place that is iconic to Boston since they family will be moving next month– what better place than having the whole Boston skyline in the background!? We met up early Sunday morning at the gorgeous Piers Park in East Boston. The weather was perfect!  Blue skies and a few puffy clouds, eek!  While the weather was great, it was the Luttrell family that made this shoot such a treat.

Denise, Kevin and their 2½-year-old daughter, Quinn, arrived dressed perfectly. Clothing choices make a session that much better and they really did a great job sticking to a color palette that really showed their personality. This family is not only photogenic, but also a close-knit group who clearly love spending time together. For this session, fun was not an option.  It was complete with laughs, hugs, play time, and plenty of tickling!
