Modern Pen Pals : Boston Portraits

This lovely lady and I have been friends since we met in high school during fashion class. Originally from Germany, she took a year to study at an American high school and we instantly become friends.  I’ve always tried to connect myself with culture, to better understand and enjoy diverse cultures of the world other than my own.  The easiest way to do this? Make friends internationally!  Plus, it’s fun!

This fall, Romy visited from Germany once again for a few weeks. She told me she had never had her portraits taken professionally other than when she was in school so..I immediately had to change that!
